Memberships

I am contacting you to officially welcome you as a new member of the Summerland Chamber of Commerce.

As you may already know, your business Chamber membership enables you to take advantage of a number of benefits including marketing, networking and group benefits and insurance among others.

1. Benefits: A full list of Chamber benefits and services can be found on our website. If you would like, we can arrange for an in-person meeting to talk about your benefits further, and I can provide you with your free member certificate. Have a look at all the benefits and feel free to email me any questions you may have.

2. Business Profile: One of the benefits of having a membership with us is getting a free business profile on our website. Be sure to sign up for your new profile and explore all the options that are now available to you.

If you have selected a Tier 2-5 membership, you will receive an upgraded enhanced membership listing, giving you the ability to upload your company logo, social media links, business profile, contact details and more. If you need any assistance with this setup please contact us.

3. Communications: We have added your email address to our member contact list. We send out bi-monthly member newsletters and a Business Buzz to the community to help promote member information, important business resources and other news. We introduce new members in both our Newsletter and Business Buzz. If you would like to add other staff members to this mailing list or remove a contact, please log into your Chamber account to update your settings.

4. Chamber Events: We are eager to invite you to our next member event (See Event Calendar). Chamber events are great opportunities for members to network and engage with fellow members, make contacts, build relationships and increase awareness of their business. The best part of our Chamber events is the sense of community that it builds. We are proud of the members of our Summerland Chamber and are always looking for new ways to bring business together to help build community and showcase your services.

5. Sponsorship & Marketing Opportunities: Looking for more ways to stand out in the crowd? The Summerland Chamber has a host of great opportunities exclusive to our members to showcase their services through our new Chamber website, e-newsletters, social media channels and in-house racking services.

Perhaps sponsoring a local Chamber event is more your style? We are proud to host a variety of business and community driven events throughout the year with great opportunities for sponsors to highlight themselves.
